A 27-year-old man is under arrest after two members of the Canadian Forces were attacked with a knife at a federal government building in North York on Monday afternoon.Around 3:30 p.m. at the Joseph Shepard Federal Building at 4900 Yonge St., just north of Sheppard Ave., a man walked into the building and began stabbing the uniformed officers.
