Two 13-year-old twins remain in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle while they were out trick-or-treating in North York Monday night. Police received a call for a collision in the Don Mills Rd. and Lawrence Ave. area around 8:30 p.m., said Const. Allyson Douglas-Cook of Toronto police.
