The clip is not analyzable, i think, it is too poor quality. Besides that, as i followed a bit the noise on twitter with it, i suppose it was a pure propaganda vid, i couldn’t find even were it surfaced on the net, no coordinates, no info who produced it, the text itsself (the tweet) was manipulative – how can someone recognize what is a driver (if he is a settler or not) if not even the car that is recognizable.
